Ken is very personal and will ask lots of questions to get to the root of the problem. Sometimes the problem isn’t where you think the pain is, but a result of an injury elsewhere. I went in for a recurring back tenderness that was aggravated by doing high rep deadlifts and kettle bell swings. A very positive overall experience. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Scheduling an appointment, filling out the paperwork and confirming my insurance eligibility was handled very quickly. Dr. Twombly patiently explained the potential problems and his proposed treatment plan. I also received deep tissue therapy. The therapist was very knowledgeable about Crossfit and gave me great form advice and ideas for stretches after workouts.
