Excellent office. Dr. Twombly and Erickson both takes pride in their work and it comes through in the care given. Insurance dept is very helpful and accurate with their work. They also has a full massage therapy department that are staffed with excellent therapists. I’ve been going there for 3 years now and can always count on them to get me in, even with a moment notice.
My husband and I first started going here 10 years ago because we were interested in their active release therapy that Dr. Erickson performs. My husband has had back problems for most of his life resulting from weight lifting accident and car accidents. After seeing Dr. E for almost six months 2x or 3x a week, his chronic back and sciatica problems were greatly improved so now he has pain only on a acute basis when he overdoes it. I use to think my husband was just a born grouch, now I know he had what Dr. E calls his ‘pain personality’ when he is hurting. Now I rarely see Mr. Pain Personality in my husband thanks to Dr. E’s wonderful care. Now that I’m almost fifty, I find myself going to him periodically for minor neck or back pain, sometimes just to get a regular adjustment does wonders for your posture. I have used insurance with them off and on over the years, but found their cash prices are great. They always seem to have good massage therapists and definitely the front office staff are super nice. My husband and I always like to go together to see Dr. E as he has such a wonderful personality that we both just enjoy talking to him when the other is getting adjusted. He always is hip on the latest world and health topics like a walking Wikipedia. We just love this place and Dr. Erickson!—The Leversons.
I’ve been to several chiropractors and Dr Erickson is definitely the best! He is up to date with the latest techniques and is very effective with them. I’ve been treated by Dr. Erickson for the last 4 years. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a new chiropractor!
Before treatment in your office I had “difficulty walking bending stooping or sitting (including working at the computer) and difficulty sleeping because of the pain. This is the Doctors office that holds the key to reducing and eliminating pain. They are empathetic and work hard to make a good diagnosis and treatment plan. Everything from how I was treated from check in through to the massage therapists. Everyone was so encouraging and kind. And Dr. Erickson is one of the most intelligent and compassionate doctors that I ever known. He always had answers to my questions and solutions for removing my pain. I will forever be grateful to Dr Erickson for giving me my life back.
Dr. Erickson definitely deserves 5 stars. I mainly see him for running-related problems, but he’s also helped with my occasional back pain. He really knows what he’s talking about and is an expert in Active Release Therapy (ART). I highly recommend him. My insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic care, but $45 per visit isn’t bad, especially since I can really see the results.

Every time I leave Dr. Erickson’s office I have a smile. A smile because I feel so much better after receiving a treatment from Dr. Ken and his massage therapists. Dr. Erickson listens to your feedback and tailors his treatments accordingly. He is so knowledgeable and thorough and makes sure your level of pain or discomfort/range of motion has improved or disappeared before you leave his office.
Then, he sends you to one of his skilled massage therapists who focus on the area(s) that were treated, and BAM! You leave with a smile on your face!

I have been to several different chiropractors over the years and Dr. Erickson is second to none! Honestly, the results are immediate. He’s helped my knees, back, IT bands….today I saw him b/c I’ve had awful rib pain secondary to the horrible cough that I have had for 4 weeks. Between the adjustments from Dr. Erickon and the deep tissue massage to my intercostals, I left being able to take a deep breath and cough without horrible pain. He is such a wealth of knowledge; the man knows his stuff!! The whole staff is fantastic!!!
Love this office and this doc! Dr Erickson has an incredible machine called the DRX9000 for back pain and he has the one for neck pain too. My aunt up in the Sacramento area was in need of surgery and could barely walk, she had severe back pain from a severe herniation. After being treated on the DRX she is no longer in need of surgery and she is pain free. So glad Dr Erickson has these machines in the OC!

Was great, he tried a multitude of different things when I came in for my back problem. And even when he “threw the sink at me” or basically tried everything…he even recommended me to an accupuncturist. Which was a plus.
He does talk alot, but he is really informative on the techniques he uses. Which is great.
The whole practice is amazing. From the exceptional customer service at the front desk to the deep tissue massage therapy they provide and of course Dr Ericksons wealth of knowledge and expertise – it’s really top notch. I highly recommend!

I think it is important when someone really loves their work and cares about helping people! I experience results after my first visit! I have been treated by all the docs at Irvine Family Health Center and I cannot rave enough about the treatment in this office. All the staff and docs are amazing and they have helped me a great deal with everything from headaches to knee issues from running.
Dr. Erickson is super impressive with his technical knowledge of the body and ART (active release technique), which is a specialized modality not many chiros are trained in. Dr. E has helped me with knee issues, neck, shoulder and just about everything else that has needed care! He is brilliant and an expert in the field. I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Twombly is such a sweet man and is amazing with fixing headaches because he is a master in cranial sacral technique. He is very kind and caring and has a deep concern for your well-being.
Dr. Parker is also very thorough and dedicated to fixing any issues in the body and his mechanical traction table helps make his adjustments very smooth.
All 3 docs create such a wonderful balance and I trust this office with my health completely.
Dale, the office manager is so sweet and caring and makes coming to the office a joy. The rest of the staff, including the awesome massage therapists make you never want to leave! Believe me, there are plenty of chiropractic offices out there that will take your money and leave you feeling worse than you did before you walked in, but this place truly knows what they are doing and is staffed with experts who truly want to help.

I came to visit Dr. Erickson to get my back treated from a weightlifting injury. There’s another reason why they call a particular move the “dead lift.”
Anyhow, I’d trust this guy with my life. He’s snapped me back from walking like C-P3O to–well let’s just say I was able to do a long hike and go forward with my busy weekend agenda. If it wasn’t for him, I’d be stuck in bed all weekend.
He’s very professional, explains everything thoroughly, and his staff will help whip you back in shape with their deep tissue massage therapy. Customer service here is great and I’d highly recommend this office.
